Independent China sourcing and procurement coordination

Independent modular building procurement support

Triumph Modular is a China sourcing and procurement coordination service. This site is not the original brand's official website or an authorized distributor. We help project buyers compare supplier proposals for modular and portable buildings while the selected supplier remains responsible for manufacture and its own product claims.

Coordinator and buyer reviewing modular building drawings

How a brief becomes a comparison

  1. Record intended use

State occupancy, room function, number of units and whether the building is relocatable or permanent.

  2. Set the location basis

Record country, site access, climate loads and applicable authority. Unknown wind, snow and seismic values stay open for the project team.

  3. Define supplier scope

Separate structure, wall and roof system, MEP preinstallation, furniture, shipping and site labor.

  4. Request evidence

Ask shortlisted suppliers for relevant drawings, material records, test reports and an inspection plan.

  5. Compare and coordinate

Track exclusions, lead times, packing and export paperwork before a buyer chooses an offer.

Our evidence is the process record

We can provide a supplier screening record, a quotation comparison matrix, an inspection coordination checklist and a shipment document checklist as the engagement progresses. These are procurement records. They do not prove a particular supplier's manufacturing capacity or certify a building for a destination.

Checks that belong to the selected project

Modular steel connection and wall-panel joint

Structure and envelope

Confirm steel grade, section system, connections and coating with the selected supplier. The project engineer must determine the design basis for wind, snow, seismic, foundations and local code. Ask for system-level fire evidence, including joints and openings.

Modular utility connection at the site boundary

Factory and site boundary

Ask what will be fitted before shipment and what installers must complete on site. MEP preinstallation, lifting points and bolted joins need clearly named owners. An inspection checklist only helps when it references the actual batch and approved drawings.

What a reviewable file contains

Supplier screening

Product range, relevant facilities and certificates requested for documentary review.

Offer matrix

Dimensions, envelope, MEP, packing, exclusions, price basis and timing aligned.

Inspection brief

Drawings, sample criteria, batch identification and hold points agreed before production.

Shipment file

Packing list, marking, loose parts and destination requirements checked against the order.
