These terms describe use of triumphmodularsourcing.com and its project enquiry form. Triumph Modular operates this site as an independent China sourcing and procurement coordination service. It is not the original brand website or an authorized distributor.

Information and enquiries

Website descriptions are general selection guidance. Sending a brief begins a discussion; it is not a purchase order, binding quotation or commitment to supply a building. Any later engagement should identify the selected supplier, agreed scope, price basis, timing, inspection arrangements and responsibility for export and site work in writing.

Supplier and project responsibilities

Buildings are made by selected suppliers. Their capabilities, certificates, test reports and product performance need documentary verification for each enquiry. The destination project team is responsible for local structural design, fire strategy, accessibility, foundations and permits. No example on this site establishes approval for a particular location.

Use of materials

Do not treat illustrations, indicative dimensions or selection notes as final design documents. Request a current supplier revision and qualified local review before purchase or installation. Product descriptions and availability may change as suppliers and projects change.

Buyer review

Buyers should review any quotation and contract with their own technical, legal and logistics advisers. A requested sample, inspection or document does not by itself establish that all delivered units conform to a project specification. The agreed inspection scope should identify the batch, drawings, acceptance criteria and responsibility for any corrective work. Freight schedules and border requirements should be confirmed with the relevant carriers and authorities.
